Dear Vikas A., Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear about your comfortable stay and the convenient location. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced regarding your invoice. Please note, that invoice changes after departure is always a difficulty if we need to modify the invoice address. On the desk at check in, we prepared a sheet asking for the invoice address or business card. In addition, we changed the question at check out and will ask before leaving, if you need to get an invoice on the company address. We try to improve on this topic, but most of the reservations arrived with no information on this status and we try to be online in modification of invoices.
