Dear Jonathan, We are truly sorry to learn about your disappointing check-in experience during your 7th stay with us. The lengthy wait time and inconsistent service you encountered are completely unacceptable, especially after such a long journey. Your feedback about our front desk team's handling of your early check-in request and the subsequent technical issues is concerning. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait 40 minutes while being overlooked for other guests. Our management team will address these service gaps with our front desk staff to ensure proper prioritization and seamless guest assistance.
