The young African lady who checked me in was not professional or helpful. She did nit inform me of the amenities and was in a rush for me to leave the front desk. I could not read the way you wrote the room number on the key card and had to come back down to check. She then proceeded to shout and argue with me for this.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the unprofessional conduct and the difficulties you encountered with the room number on your key card. Rest assured that we take this feedback very seriously, and we will address this matter with our front desk team through additional training to ensure clear communication and courteous service. We strive to make every guest feel welcomed and valued, and we clearly failed to meet these expectations during your stay. Horrible checkin

We arrived at 12:00 noon after a long flight and having been awake for over 20 hours. We were extremely tired! We waited in line to check in and when it was our turn the man at the desk called a girl out to take care of us. She informed us that we could not check in until 2:00. I told her we were so tired but she said that was the rule. She filled out the tags for our luggage and then she told us that we could check in if we paid 20 euro. We agreed to do that and she started filling out the information on the computer. Just as she was finishing, the computer shut down and she said it wouldn’t let her in. She took us back to the front desk where there was a different woman working. She told us that this woman would help us and she left. The new woman told me to wait at the side as she had to bring up my reservation. There was no customers at the desk but she answered the phone three times, helped 4 groups of people who came in and talked with another employee. After 30 minutes I went back and asked her why it was taking so long and she said, I had to come over to the other computer. She brought up the wrong reservation and didn’t even know my name! Finally after 40 minutes I was checked in. For my 7th time staying at the Pullman I was very disappointed in how I was treated!

No body lotion in the room. I asked the reception and I was told the hotel policy is not to have a body lotion in the standard room. So what is the point of having soap shampoo and everything, you bath and you have no lotion for your body. At that price you cannot have a lotion…
