Disappointing experience in what used to be one of my favorite stays in Paris. Room was old, dingy and not well maintained unlike other rooms in the hotel Coffee capsules and no coffee machine in the room Water bottle that is consumed was not refilled provided 2 twin beds despite asking for queen bed When complained during checkout receptionist didnt react or care All of this happened despite my good astatus with ALL!!
