Apart from the fact that the hotel is very well located, close to the metro and small restaurants, I would like to thank the team, particularly Alessia and Emanoel, for their kindness and for the attention they gave to my daughter's birthday in her room. We came from France to celebrate her 7th birthday. She is a Harry Potter fan and felt like she was being welcomed at Hogwarts. Thank you for making this event even better. The breakfast was also perfect!

Generally great, except room is too expensive, and didn't have good experience when checking in due to inexperienced front desk staff with no customer focus. I had booked for early check in at 1000 but arrived at 0800, exhausted from 13 hour flight, and requested for earlier check in. Front desk staff just said NO and referred to compliance to hotel regulations, rather than looking into how she could help or offer better explanations to why earlier check in is not possible which I'll understand. Front desk staff need better training.

I loved the location, proximity to subway, bed and common areas. I was disappointed in the food selection at lunch given the menu was extensive and posted all over the place (it felt misleading to only have pizza and two curry options). The reception area could get packed quickly and different folks were either extremely nice and helpful or somewhat rude. The breakfast looked amazing. Sadly I didn't have time to try it. I was glad I brought body lotion since you didn't provide any :)
