Nettoyage laissant à désirer, peu d'infrastructure

Mauvaise surprise à mon arrivé à Novotel Nanjing. L'hotel est plutôt vétuste et mal entretenu et le nottoyage de la chamlbre très approximatif. Je n'ai pas reçu ma boisson offerte malgrès mon statut platinum et j'ai eu la mauvaise surprise de découvrir que la salle de sport était fermé à 21h (alors que plein d'autres hotels laissant la salle disponible 24/24). De plus, il n'y avait pas de machine pour laver mon linge contraitement à d'autres hôtels du groupe ou j'ai séjourné (ex Mercure à Hangzhou). Au final, le rapport qualité prix est mauvaise et à pour seul avantage sa localisation. Le petit dej est très moyen voir mauvais.

I didn’t have a pleasant experience in this hotel. First of all, my check in was a very stressful experience. As an Accor member, I have booked my room on the Accor website, upon arrival for check in, the male receptionist is cold and aggressive, which shocked me as I have only experienced exceptional service in all the Sofitels and Novotels back home. After arrived at my room, I found out all the furniture was old and the soundproof system was poor, I could hear the noise from the next door, I had no idea how many people were in that room, but the noise I could hear showed it was a group. My room’s ‘view’ is also ‘great’! Because I only can see tubes and bins outside. Worst Accor hotel I have ever lived in. Not recommend it to anyone.

Warmth despite the Bebinca typhoon

I was in the hotel during the Bebinca typhoon period. The hotel staff was helpful and flexible. With the help of Annie Qian, I managed to secure the room and was also greeted with a warm and sweet smile during the mid autumn festival. despite they did not prepare any welcome note and welcome amenities, she was sweet enough to present me with a box of mooncake! It made my days and will be definitely be back so that I could witness the improvements with Annie’s influence to other staffs!
