Well located, we were 8 minutes away from all the places we had to go while we were there. The room was clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful.

We stayed 3 nights, we were going to a family funeral. The staff were so friendly. Our first night dinner at the RSL wasn't very good. The next night our family sent us home with Chinese and the lovely young man at reception heated it up for us. We got room service breakfast, and dinner which were absolutely delicious and worth it. The only bad things were no microwave, and they forgot my mushroom sauce for my steak. Bonus having an ice machine in the hall. All in all a good experience.

We stayed for 5x nights and thoroughly enjoyed the room and services but the location of the hotel is too far from shopping centres and the railway stations ... a regular courtesy bus to the Mt Druitt Shopping Centre and the railway stations would be an improvement.

Always a pleasure staying at Novotel Rooty Hill, It's a very comfortable clean hotel and the staff are professional and always available and happy to assist. Parking is not a problem which is another aspect that makes it easy to stay at this hotel. Very comfortable.
