Dear Mr. L., I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to extend my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience you experienced recently. We deeply regret the cancellation of your reservation and the lack of communication regarding this matter. We understand that arriving at 1am after a long flight, only to find that your room had been canceled without notice, must have been extremely frustrating and exhausting. Please accept our heartfelt apologies for the distress this caused you. The cancellation occurred because the credit card provided did not match the name on the reservation, which is as policy we enforce to ensure the security and integrity of our bookings amid the hotel\'s fully booked situation. However, we acknowledge that we failed to notify you in advance, and for that, we are truly sorry. We are committed to improving our communication processes to prevent such situations from happening in the future.
