We remind you that being close to bus terminals around the world means there is a greater flow of people with all that entails, the good and the bad. Unfortunately, security is subject to the jurisdiction of the municipality and the work of the Carabineros de Chile. However, we are working hard to improve our security systems and ensure a safer stay for our passengers. As a hotel, our capabilities are within the hotel and we are working with tactical guards, but outside of it, unfortunately, it is not up to us. In any case, we are looking for solutions with the regional government to improve this aspect that is so important to us.
