First, I would like to apologize for the lack of a warm welcome and the unengaged attitude you encountered during check-in. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and I will be addressing this matter with our team to ensure our guests feel valued and respected from the moment they arrive. I also sincerely apologize for the closure of the restaurant for maintenance and the inconvenience this caused when trying to redeem your welcome drink. It’s disappointing to hear that the alternative solution offered was not to your satisfaction, and we will review how we handle such situations to better accommodate our guests in the future. Regarding the air conditioner and mini bar, we will be addressing the air conditioning unit to ensure it doesn’t disrupt the comfort of our guests, and we will also review the beverage offerings in the mini bar to ensure a more satisfying selection. Additionally, I apologize for the lack of communication regarding the WiFi password. Our staff should have ensured that all necessary information was provided at check-in, and we will improve this aspect of our service.
