The booking process was complicated. Website said "reservation confirmed" and allowed web-checkin but then the hotel said that the booking will be cancelled if card details are not provided. Room AC was noisy and did not function properly in spite of two visits by technicians (temperature did not rise). The size of the toilet was close to that of an economy class aircraft. Buffet dinner was however splendid.

Stayed here before a morning flight; lobby looks great & staff was helpful (for example, cutting security bands & zip ties that airline personnel had put on our luggage) . Rooms/hallways are quite faded & bath was quite small & basic. We had to call for towels because our room had none! There is a fun, large indoor/outdoor mall just 1 block away. open late & even has a small grocery in addition to many eateries both sit down & casual. however, they aren’t open for early breakfast before flights— even the Starbucks doesn’t open till 8 AM. Keep in mind you will need to go through security at both the hotel & the mall.

It was a great experience staff was sweet specially Mr Byas kumar from laundry team .. he was really polite and understood my concern regarding my dress issue..thank you so much for such a nice hospitality and a wonderful stay.will love to come back and stay here

IBIS aerocity is a poorly maintained, poorly served and shabbily managed facility. Few absolute basic is missing 1. Covered dust bin 2. Leave the carpet, not even a rug or doormat 3. No tooth brush. 4. Seating of sofa is placed under a fixed table Absolutely third class hotel . Waste of money and spoiled trip. Will never suggest anyone to step in IBIS ever.
