Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are saddened to learn that your recent stay did not live up to the enjoyable experiences we strive to provide. Our guests\' comfort is of utmost importance, and we regret to hear that the temperature in your room was not conducive to a good night\'s sleep. We understand how essential a welcoming and immaculate room is, and it is disheartening to know that we did not meet these standards during your visit.
