I had a brief stay on 27-28 March 2025, booked standard double bed , rooms quite standard and clean, standing light was out of order , TV channels were good , plenty of options. Would have been better if the room light 💡 is warm yellow instead of white, but I will still choose this hotel in the future , staff are very friendly and nice . It’s recommended for those wanna staycation / holiday tourists

The staff provided exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure. I would particularly like to commend the front office, restaurant, and concierge teams, especially Mbak Agna, Mbak Cindy, and Mas Arjun, for their attentiveness and kindness during my stay. My room was impeccably maintained and among the cleanest Accor properties I have experienced. However, I believe the welcome drink selection could benefit from greater variety, and I found the breakfast options and quality somewhat lacking, possibly due to my visit coinciding with the fasting month. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will certainly choose this hotel again when I return to Bangka.
