worst hotel ever

We have stayed in several Ibis hotels but this was really the worst. It started when we arrived and it was winter and it was already extremely cold outside and the room was very cold. We asked the employee for a blanket but he couldn't find one on the first day so we had to freeze. The room is really tiny and there is no place to put anything. The air conditioning/heating always went off automatically after a few hours so we had to keep going down and ask for it to be turned back on so we didn't freeze. A do not disturb sign is also completely unnecessary as the cleaners still knock and talk to each other so loudly that you wake up. We had to sleep with earplugs for the next few days. The windows also seem to be leaky as it sounds like the window is open and, as already mentioned, it is super cold. There was poop in the entrance area for 2/3 hours without it being cleaned up (probably from the dog as dogs are allowed there). So I really can't recommend it to anyone, even if only for one night.
