Absolutamente decepcionante. Hace un calor horroroso y nuestra habitación tenía una ventana que no se podía abrir. Pregunté en recepción y me dieron una explicación que entendí, pero lo que no entiendo es que destinen ese tipo de habitaciones para huéspedes. La calefacción la teníamos apagada y aún así, ha sido imposible dormir. Pero además, no había ningún tipo de ventilación, ni si quiera un extractor en el baño. Un horror! Además, tampoco había ningún enchufe en el baño y la limpieza muy deficiente. Pedimos un cambio de habitación y tampoco tuvimos suerte. La única solución que nos dieron fue abrir la ventana durante un rato, pero sin estar nosotras dentro y solo lo hicieron el primer día, a pesar de volverlo a pedir. De todos modos, no solucionó nada. La estancia en este hotel ha sido un desastre. Aunque la ubicación no está mal, no volveremos a alojarnos ahí.

Stanza più grande della media, posizione ok a 15 minuti dal centro. Esperienza molto negativa con il personale del check in. Inglese basico, si viene trattati come un numero, nessun sorriso all’arrivo. Durante l’attesa per ricevere la stanza ( ore 15 spaccate, sognatevi di entrare anche un solo minuto prima) non mi e’ stato offerto non dico un caffè’, ma nemmeno un bicchiere d’acqua! Suggerisco dei corsi di aggiornamento su come si accolgono i clienti in un’hotel a 4 stelle! Esperienza deludente, non consiglio.

We stayed in this apartment for four nights as a couple and had a really great experience. Check-in was quick, and the apartment was spotless — I have asthma and didn’t even need to use my inhaler once, which says a lot about how clean it was. The bed was big and comfortable, and the kitchen, although small, had everything we needed: fridge, dishwasher, dishes, pans, and even a microwave-grill. It was compact but super practical. The bathroom came with soap, shower towels, and face towels for both of us. The only downside was the shower — the water kept switching between hot and cold, which was a bit annoying, and the water pressure wasn’t great. Still, it didn’t ruin our experience. The room stayed warm and was completely quiet — no outside noise at all. The location is perfect: there’s a tram stop literally across the street and a Billa supermarket just a one-minute walk away. The front desk is staffed 24/7, so our 3 AM checkout was smooth and easy. They also helped us book a taxi to the airport quickly and without any issues. We’d definitely come back!
