Zentral gelegenes gemütliches Hotel inklusive Frühstücks Büfett

Sehr zentral gelegen, zwischen 5- 10 Minuten Fußweg bis zu Bus, Bahn, Zug. Ringsum sehr viele urige Restaurants und Bars. Schneller Check- In, gleich ins Zimmer welches bei kaltem Wetter sogar vorgeheizt war. Dieses bot genug Platz und hatte neben einem großem Doppelbett noch eine Couch inkl. kleiner Couchtisch. Vor dem TV noch eine mittlere Ablage, ebenfalls ausreichend. Bad war mit Dusche inkl. gefliester Sitzgelegenheit ausgestattet und wurde wie das gesamte Zimmer täglich supersauber gereinigt, MERCI. Nicht sehr großer Frühstücksraum aber dafür mit gängigem Speisen- und Getränkeangebot ausgestattet. Man konnte sich auch frischen Orangensaft selber pressen, echt lecker. Nach seine Ausflügen kann man sich dann auch an die kleine Hotelbar zurückziehen. Im gesamten Hotel sehr aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal, dafür auch ein großes MERCI BEAUCOUP Kleiner Tipp für Autofahrer: Unbedingt VORHER im Hotel oder in privaten Parkhäusern einen Parkplatz anmieten, da es fast aussichtslos ist durch hohes Verkehrsaufkommen auf der Straße zu parken

Very poor breakfast. Same products every day. Limited choice. No vegetables, sometimes lettuce, not even every day Orange juice machine did not work several times The floor near juice machine is extremely dirty. Plates are not washed perfectly If you come at 9, 1 hour before the breakfast ends, bo lettuce, some deserts also end The staff is very slow, does not react that there are no plates or some food At checkin we were given at first room with one bed. Then room with one bed and sofa (meaning one of us has to sleep on sofa instead of bed). And only on third attempt we received what we booked.
