We booked a room for 4 people, but only towels for 2 people. The sofa bed had not been made. The room was OK, but showed clear signes of many years of use. Clean OK.

The front desk crew is good, super nice, very attentive. The "studio room" is, the definition of the minimum, like it is quite small but it does have what you could think of needed: a kitchenette, hairdryer, a table, etc. I wasnt expecting the bed, in a room for one, to be a sofa bed. It is comfortable enough but it does make noises when you move around which is never ideal. Lots of storage space, a safe as well. The location: it is not a walkable distance to anything basically. But you can manage it by walking 10 minutes to the metro and then 30 minutes to the center. So overall, it was a good experience, and I think it is a good alternative for a smaller budget.

Pleasant stay, no fireworks

Fairly modern hotel, comfortable stay, mixed feelings about the service. Check-in was perfect, lovely girl, very helpful. Rooms seems clean, but after further inspection there was a lot of small issues with cleanliness. Very bad pillows. Hotel staff seems to be scared of the management and couldn't make any independent decisions. We were refused to get beer as a welcome drink although the voucher says "any drink up to €5" because "the manager doesn't like giving alcoholic drinks". When asked for a late checkout the reception said our rooms are already booked for next guests. As a platinum member I usually get late checkout and the receptionist called the manager and I was told we can stay in our rooms till 5pm of we pay €40. It all seemed very messy and not professional. We all had an impression that hotel manager is trying to control everything too much and gives not the best experience to their guests.

Friendly staff and pleasant lounge and breakfast area. Basement car parking parking is very convenient too. The room was well equipped, although some of the kitchen fittings were loose and the toilet unfortunately smelt of cigarette smoke, perhaps there should be smoke detectors there to discourage this. It was very warm outside but the ventilation system did not provide much cooling.

3 points to be improved 1- Breakfast: out of stock of orange, cannot press orage jus for about 3 days (we stayed 8 days) 2- Firs room assigned to us were having smell of smoke the rooms are supposed to be non-smoking so I have to change room after one night 3- During checkout day I went out but have some delay to come back and my wife was sent out during my absence. I think this is not acceptable for a client of about 15 years loyalty who has reach platinum at some time.
