We thank you for this feedback following your last stay with us and sincerely regret that it did not meet your expectations. We have, however, renovated all of our general services (reception, bar, and breakfast area); feedback from most of our guests are very positive about this. Regarding the absence of a toilet brush, we understand that this may seem unusual. We prioritize hygiene and cleanliness, and as such, we do not provide toilet brushes in our rooms.
