Pros: room 612 was quiet and on a higher floor with a view. Cons: room 612 was not clean on arrival (cigarette butts in a smelly can on window balcony, AC system grid was dusty, outside terrasse was not broomed, windows and curtains had stains, etc..) and poorly furnished with missing items such as night tables (replaced by stools) and coffee table. Overall the room felt it had been furnished with extra bits found here and there in the main stock. The most annoying was the cold temperature of the room throughout the stay. Only an electric additional heater was provided. Dated and cold, this establishment is not worthy of the 4-star rating it promotes.

The hotel is well located, close to all sights by public transport. The size of our room was perfect for 5 people, we lacked hot water for the evening shower. On arrival the welcome was not nice as the receptionist told us without any explanation that late check-in booked and paid in advance would not work, we had to leave the room at 11am. We don't like to get up early and we had a program plan for the afternoon. I had to ask for the amount I paid when I left, they forgot about it. A positive compromise is that our car could remain in the hotel garage in the afternoon.

I have been a loyal Diamond member with Accor for the past four years and have consistently enjoyed excellent service during my stays. However, I am deeply disappointed by the experience I recently faced, which reflects a lack of professionalism and customer care. During my last stay, I informed the receptionist a week in advance about my early departure and was assured that the refund for the unused days would be processed. Based on this confirmation, I made my travel plans accordingly. Despite multiple follow-ups via emails and calls over the past 10 days, I have not received any response or resolution regarding my refund. This level of service is completely unexpected from a brand of Accor’s reputation. As a Diamond member, I have always valued the care and attention provided during my stays, but this incident stands out as a glaring exception. Ignoring repeated reminders and failing to address a simple refund request undermines the trust I have placed in the brand over the years. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement, and I urge Accor to prioritize customer service and ensure that such issues are not repeated in the future.
