It’s about a 15 min walk from a main shopping centre and train station which was very accessible and handy. The room and hotel had all the perfect basic necessities. It wasn’t fancy but it was very clean and in good condition. I had a great stay! no complaints! The staff are lovely, very accommodating and all speak english. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We weee amazed but eh views of some of the bedrooms on the top floors but unfortunately the accommodation is a little shabby around the edges - paintwork and maintenance. We were shocked to find the entrance was the side fore exit which looks undesirable when we arrived, no a great impression. And then the next morning a huge leak in reception with the feeling all taped up. It didn’t seem very professional.

Myself, wife and three children (18, 15, 11) had a brilliant stay at this hotel, which is based in a modern and safe area just a direct 10 minute train ride into the heart of Paris. The receptionist that greeted us was very warm and friendly and we were given a welcome drink after travelling from England. The great service made for an excellent welcome. The apartment was beautiful, with two bedrooms, two balconies (one with a view of the Eiffel Tower) a shower room with toilet and another bathroom. There was a kitchen area in the lounge so we could cook small meals and drinks before heading out. It was clean and even had small touches like washing liquid and coffee waiting. There were restaurants nearby and a boulangerie on the same block. The RER/metro was a 10 minute walk away and there was a huge shopping mall on top of it. We were very happy with this hotel and the staff working there. We didn't want to leave the holiday as Paris and this hotel and area made for an excellent half-term holiday for us all. We will definitely return and would recommend it to others.

Poor Reception services. Basic level of English knowledge Laundry service to be paid for? why? It is a 2 Bedroom Apartment Internet password change without notification.
