"Excellent hotel for transit"

My family of seven stayed in three rooms for a night before the flight next day. The service was excellent, very spacious rooms and dinning area. The only problem we faced was the rooms were not suitably heated up despite setting the controller to 25 degree.We wished to commend the staff members for all their servic es, and congratulate the hotel management for an excellent team in all departments it owned.

"1st time in Taipei"

The Novotel in Taipei is purely an airport hotel. A very good standard Novotel with great Club amenities. I made important use of the Club business facilities and the staff were very helpful scanning documents etc. Facilities are 1st class. It is about 30klms from Taipei CBD.

"Early bird haven"

Hotel provides considerate service for guest like me who needs to leave for the airport atearly hours. Free shuttle bus and pack to go breakfast if so desire. Decoration of roomis simple but good enough for a traveller who wishes to take a break before another trip. The food quality I'd had at the Chinese restaurant is impressive and I also like the evening buffet. Both are priced moderately and staff are very friendly. The lobby loungeis a surprise as well.

"Short Break Away"

Hotel Novotel Taipei is well located near to the airport. Good for business and conferences. Generally, from the door to the counter and into the room services, you will feel welcomed and receives warm smiles from the Hotel staff. The only disdvantage is if you're taking a tour to the city, time is one factor you'll need to consider in traveling back and forth to the hotel. I must say it is a good Hotel for business and conferences so that those who are in a rush to get back home, this is the place to stop over from boardroom to hotel room and to the airport.

If you ever have to catch am early flight or are staying in this area of Taiwan I would recommend this hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and the beds were super comfortable.
