Kia ora Jon, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. we\'re glad that you enjoyed the location and your room with the river view. That said, we\'re genuinely sorry for the billing issue you experienced at check-out. We understand how frustrating it must have been to discover an overcharge after your departure, and even more so to have to return to seek a solution in person. While we\'re pleased that the Duty manager was able to resolve the matter, it\'s disappointing to hear that the initial response from our front desk staff left you feeling unheard. Please know that this is not the experience we aim to provide and we will share these comments with the team to help improve the way we handle billing queries and fast check-outs in the future. We sincerely hope that this won\'t deter you from staying again and we\'d love the opportunity to provide the seamless and welcoming experience you expected, and as a valued Gold member, deserve.
