Начнем с того, что нам обещали какой то красивый вид и если не понравится то без проблем поменяют. Вид обычный, очевидно остальные хуже) - бывал в Дубае неоднократно, всегда нравилось, но тут как то не задалось. Прибыли в мой день рождения, на ресепшен спросили у меня д.р. я подтвердил, мне сказали «hep bezd” и на этом всё) На следующий день спросили у гида, ну может не приняты тут комплименты, он сказал что напомнит, но увы) К этому вернемся)) Чемоданы несли сами, видимо тут тоже так принято. Зашли в номер, там шумно, от дороги, решили поменять на следующий день. Просили гида трижды потом за руку его привели на ресепшен, тогда он поговорил про замену. В итоге мы посмотрели что взамен и шило на мыло не стали менять. Обнаружили рваное постельное белье и полотенца, фото приложу. Нашли русскоговорящего работника, он помог с несколькими мелкими проблемами, спросил про комплимент на день рождения, он удивился но сказал что всем дарят тортик, мне тоже принесли через 2 дня))) Потом сломался замок в двери и мы не могли попасть в номер, в течении часа сделали, но уборка в номере проведена не была, почему то уборщиков не удивило, что дверь не открывается, они видимо просто пошли дальше. В общем это всего лишит за 3 дня))) вряд ли сюда вернемся и рекомендовать не будем. Хотел бы пообщаться с руководством

My husband and I visited this hotel in winter. We have been to Dubai several times. And we were pleased with the service of the hotels. But this hotel disappointed us a little. The carpet in the rooms is very old and dirty. The room we were given smelled very unpleasantly of dampness. The rooms are not ventilated at all. The hotel manager does not contact guests in case of complaints. Yes, they changed our room after the complaint, but it was not much better. The hotel does not have a guest relations department. This is very sad. We will not come back here again.
