i stay here every week with work and always have a pleasant experience. I usually check in late and tend to order room service as super convenient after a day of travelling. This week i was really disappointed to be told that i couldn't do this as only 2 members of staff on shift and that i would have to wait and take to my room instead. The colleague wasn't particularly polite either and came across as rude. I did not take her up in this offer and instead ordered using a delivery app.

Well located for transport, shops, restaurants.
