We organised our wedding with the Novotel Nusa Dua in March 2025 with Rosa and we have to say not only was there great and fast communication and options, Rosa truly went above and beyond to make sure every fine detail was organised so beautifully! It was literally perfect! Every single request from co-ordinating family accomodations, transport, the flowers, decorations; band, food and personalised touches was just flawless! They even organised a special floating breakfast and babysitters! With rain being unpredictable, we left it to the last minute to relocate the reception from the beach club to the meeting room at the hotel - while we thought this would be disappointing it was exactly the opposite! With only 2 hours notice the team managed to create this most unbelievable looking reception that anyone could ever ask for! There are so many staff members we want to personally thank for all of their hard work, it did not go unnoticed. Chef Wiwin and his team created the best food! We received feedback all night from our families that this was the best food they have tried in Bali! It all looked and tasted spectacular! The presentation of the food was just next level. The Chef came out to meet us during the night and is such a legend of a human - vety down to earth and happy to talk with us and our families. Rosa helped us to organise babysitters and we have to give a special mention to Sonic and Nonic as they helped so much with our young and tired children so effortlessly throughout the night with smiles on their faces! It took any stress off our families and the kids were all very happy for their entertainment - even a follow up the next day at breakfast! We were blown away by the band - Kori - they entertained our family all night with special requests - even learning songs and allowing additional singers, playing long into the night! The photographer was fun and and engaging! Happy to prompt, offer suggestions and show us photos along the way to capture the night perfectly! The staff that helped with drink requests throughout the night and our stay were so fun and attentive - there was so many helpful hands on the night and we have to give special mention to Dek Dayo and Arik! These two young gentleman had a great sense of humour and we were very grateful to meet them again at the Beach Club afterwards where they also helped to entertain our son and take photos. This review would not be complete without a special mention to Dyah and Deyne! We have known these beautiful ladies since 2018 and they remember us every time! They organised the most beautiful bouquets of flowers for us during breakfast! We are so grateful to have met them and can't wait to see them again! In summary we highly recommend anyone looking for their perfect Bali wedding to consider the Novotel! Please reach out to Rosa and we guarantee you would not be disappointed!
