"Good hotel in first station of ABC"

Novotel Sanyuan Hotel located in 10 metres from one of exits of first station of Airport - Beijing City (ABC) speed railway. You need 30 minutes for trip from this hotel to Beijing Airport Terminal 2 only.International restaurant located in the groung (first) floor of this hotel.

Novotel Sanyuan Hotel located in 10 metres from exit D first station of ABC (Airport Beijing City). There is very easy access from airport to hotel. Not a bed international restaurant located in this hotel. Price in this hotel is high for 4star hotel, but you don't need money for taxi. This hotel is best choice for 1day staying in Beijing.

I regularly stay at this hotel because of its location, first stop on the metro airport expressway, and then use metro line 10 and the other metro lines to get anywhere, or a cab north to the Lido area, or metro to the main Beijing South bullet train railway station (which will be even easier when line 10 connects to just south of Beijing South). It has the budget rate Ibis, hotel behind it if you want a cheaper version. It also has the standard Accor group quality.

That was my first stay in that Novotel in Beijing after being in the other ones in town already. Chinese staff is really of little assistance, poor skill in english, and not very helpful. Location is very bad except if you have anything to do in the North of the City, which was my case. But we're 1000miles away from Novotel Peace in terms of quality and service.

Everything was fine, but I have two minor niggles.1. The mirror in the bathroom is poorly lit, not good for shaving or ladies putting on makeup.2. Breakfast not very good. It is an expanded version of an Ibis breakfast, but at 5 times the price! At 9.30 staff were clearing and setting up tables for lunch

My choice actually was based on the fact that this hotel is near to the MRT station. Surprisingly it's just in front of the main door of the hotel. The staffs are so helpful and especially Mr. Javier, the duty manager, helped me to get taxi for my friends who can't speak chinese at all after being rejected by other taxis. The free wifi in the lobby is a plus. Oh...I remember now...the buffet breakfast is quite pricey, I guess it's about RMB 150.

We stayed in this hotel in a "suprior" room, for 3 nights on business and had no problems, other than the internet not working in the room. This was fixed, but only after an argument with the perosn at the check in who insisted that the problem concerned the entire hotel. After the intervention of a manager, the problem was immediately sorted out.The hotel is 50 m from the Beijing underground and airport train station, making it very convenient to get around town. Taxis are sometimes a problem because the hotel is not on a main street.The breakfast has a wide choice of items, but of mediocre quality and does not justify the high cost they charge. It is better to book a room with breakfast included in the rate than to have to pay it separately.

The hotel is located right in front of San Yuan Qiao train station - Airport Express stop - located on Metro Line 10.The breakfast spread, however, could be much more appealing.

Great hotel, service excellent apart from when it comes to getting a taxi, this isn't very easy as hotel sits back from main road. Food excellent along with service in bar.

There is no stand lighting facility around desk.We had to make business report and last time felt very difficult to read and type in PC.If no fixing light is possible, tempolary lighting is acceptable.

This hotel is well located and the room I lived in was quite nice and big enough. But I feel that the hotel management on the facility is quite in a mess, e.g. the room I lived in, has some wrong information in the shower information, the hot and cold water was wrongly indicated. Such problems as I heard exist in every room. What's more troublesome was the telephone in my room could not reach the receptionist through the shortcut key on the phone. I have to call 0 to the switchboard and ask them to transfer to reception. The hotel look quite nice but inside is not decently organized. The Spanish manager and staffs on duty in the night was nice even I was dissapointed with the facility management.

I thought this Novotel is as good as in France, but i was so disappointed of everything, the room is so small, and without razor and shaving cream. Also i have to ask for my room card for every entrance, i don't know even why. Nothing is so good in this hotel.

I was upgraded to the Club Floor, but came with no regular Club benefits except the Club Lounge. Even for breakfast, you have to go to the regular cafe downstairs. The Club Floor is also the Green Floor, which means there are no basic toiletries included -- no shampoo, no bath gel, no toothbrush. This is quite different from what Asian travellers usually expect from an Asian hotel. You can call the hotel to get those though, so it's a relief. But if you really wish to protect the environment, and encourage less wastage, the hotel could do a better job by sending an email before guest arrives, and inform him / her of this special floor and special arrangement.
