camera senza colazione che si consuma ottima in un locale girato l'angoloo

4 stelle in ottima posizione, vicino al 5 stelle Sofitel, al famoso Mamounia, a caffè e ristoranti. La piazza in centro si raggiunge comodamente a piedi in 15 minuti. Camere luminose, ampie, con sofà, WC separato dal bagno, pulizia. Siamo tornati per la terza volta, dal 19 al 23 marzo, e abbiamo provato un pò di delusione. Abbiamo prenotato la camera De Luxe, più costosa, chiedendo il piano alto ricordando che in precedenza al secondo piano si avverte qualche rumore notturno. Effettivamente ci hanno assegnato un camera al 5° piano, di 30mq conto i 28 della Superior (che è la standard), però poco accogliente, con odore di cucina e tavolino basso inadatto a poter scrivere col computer. Cosi abbiamo chiesto una standard, che ha un buon tavolo grande: ci è stata assegnata al secondo piano ma senza riconoscerci il downgrade. Al mattino altra delusione. Ricordavamo un buon buffet ed in particolare ricchi frullati di frutta fresca, che ci sono ancora ma annacquati, mentre il buffet è decisamente impoverito. Poichè Ramadan la sera al ristorante niente birra e servizio solo a buffet, che per 26€ ci è sembrato povero per cui abbiamo cenato fuori. Tornassimo ancora a Marrakech forse torneremmo ancora al Novotel per la posizione e perchè non ci piacciono i Riad, ma camera standard senza colazione, che si può consumare in un locale girato l'angolo, piccolo ma bello con squisiti cornetti, brioches e altri dolci, che alla sera è anche ristorante con piatti semplici ma buoni. Sulla piazza segnaliamo il caffè restaurant L'Addresse che continuiamo ad apprezzare al nostro 5° soggiorno a Marrakech

Très bonne expérience dans l’hôtel avec un personnel très accueillant.La chambre est simple pour un quatre étoiles.Le plus est la localisation qui est vraiment top.Dans un quartier assez chic ou on se sent en sécurité. Le seul hic le petit déjeuné malgré qu’il soit sympa.Il n’y pas assez de réassort.Mais dès que l’on demande quelque chose au personnel il nous l’apporte directement à la table.Donc ça rattrape. Je recommande

Séjours très agréable. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité des transports en commun et du centre-ville ce qui facilite énormément les déplacements. La chambre était spacieuse, moderne et bien équipée. Service des femmes de chambre au top , La chambre était toujours propre, bien rangée et réapprovisionnée en serviettes et produits de toilette. Le personnel est discret, respectueux et très efficace. Merci pour leur travail impeccable qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options, and the staff working in the breakfast area were polite and efficient. A special mention to Aicha at check-in—she was extremely polite and professional, making the arrival process smooth and welcoming. All the staff were friendly and helpful, contributing to a peaceful and pleasant stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, excellent location, and relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!
