Amazing Resort and staff

We recently stayed for 3 nights and I wish it had of been 3 weeks. We loved everything about Sofitel Krabi, the grounds are beautiful, the food was amazing and the staff are exceptional. Check in was seamless and we were pleasantly surprised and grateful to be upgraded. The location itself is quiet which was perfect for a few days relaxing by the pool and exploring the area by bicycle. A full day boat tour exploring the stunning surrounding islands is a must. Our stay was made all that more memorable by the beautiful staff we had the pleasure of meeting in the Lounge, Pepsi, Pie and Gabbie. I think Krabi has a little piece of my heart, we are planning our return trip already and will undoubtedly be staying at Sofitel Krabi when we return.

The hotel overall was beautiful and the pool fantastic although i would have liked more steps around to get in and out. The man who works at the swim up bar is excepcional! I think his name was Golf. I’ve never seen anyone work so hard yet still smile and make you feel welcome. The Lotus restaurant food i felt was a little underwhelming and prices are very high which encourages you to go out to eat more often. The Italian was delicious. Storage space in the room was lacking but rooms were clean and very comfortable.
