We booked the Novotel because of its spacious rooms and kitchenette as well as its location opposite a mall. The room was fabulous and Wifi worked well. Wwe expected a bit more of the kitchenette. Whilst we knew there was not hot plate (only a Microwave) we thought there would be crockery and cutlery. In a 4 Star Hotel we did not expect to drink Tea or Coffee from paper cups. However, we managed to get mugs and cutlery from the dining room. The welcome was not that great by the receptionist on duty, but the other staff the next days were much kinder. the price for Parking outside was a little steep. Overall thanks for a good Stay.

Comfortable clean room. Perfectly located for the airport. The only thing that would have been helpful would be more usb charging points we had EU converters and there was only one point we could use.
