Ensuring our guests feel welcome is a top priority for us, and your acknowledgement is truly valued. Our team strives to provide clean, well-maintained rooms, and we change bed sheets daily to ensure a restful sleep for our guests. However, we understand your concern regarding the absence of a glass for drinks in the room. For hygiene reasons, we limit the number of items in the room but we are always ready to supply such amenities upon request at the front desk. Finally, we are pleased that you highlighted our proximity to the airport. Our location is indeed convenient for travelers, being only 2 km away by footpath and providing a secure parking space for those arriving by car. We also offer a reliable shuttle service with our taxi partner, Confortax, ensuring a seamless transfer to the terminal. The entire team hope that we have the pleasure of seeing you in the future. Our shuttle service is indeed available for a fee, and we regret that this was not clearly communicated to you prior to your arrival. Dear Guest, Thank you for this review concerning your experience at Ibis Budget Charleroi Aeroport hotel in Fleurus. We are pleased that you enjoyed our breakfast offerings and found our staff to be friendly and helpful. It is our aim to provide a pleasant dining experience from as early as 4am for guests with early flights, and we're glad you appreciated this service. However, we regret to hear that the walkability to the airport and your room experience did not meet your expectations. While our hotel is indeed close to the airport, we understand that the walking path may not be ideal for everyone, especially at night. For future convenience, we do offer a shuttle service starting at 4am until the last flight, which can be booked at a competitive rate. Regarding your room, we apologize for any discomfort the noise may have caused. Our rooms are designed to be functional and budget-friendly, and we take all feedback into consideration as we strive to improve our guest experience. We acknowledge that while our rooms are equipped with double-glazing to minimize noise, we also provide earplugs for added comfort. We hope you were able to appreciate the ease of access to Charleroi's historical centre and the convenience of our location near the airport, despite the aspects of your stay that were not to your satisfaction.
