We had a lovely stay at the Phoenix Hotel the whole design and feel of the hotel is amazing.Tthe rooms where super clean and the bathroom was great. They kindly upgraded us to a better room upon arrival and the clerk that took us to our rooms was extremely polite. The real highlight of the show was the staff who where extremely welcoming, some of the stand outs where Shendy, Eci and especially Fitri who made us feel like kings during breakfast service. The food was good and up there on some of the hotel breakfasts we had in Jogja but, as we are food snobs, we still felt it was lacking. Overall was by far the best hotel we stayed at in Jogja.

They gave me coffee, offered me eggs, and even delivered them to me. On the last day of my stay at this hotel, I felt very well served. Thank you very much to fitri and izza.
