Our BLEND STUTTGART KITCHEN & BAR prides itself on offering a variety of choices to start the day right and to provide a delightful dining experience in the evening. However, we regret to hear that the room temperature was not to your satisfaction. Our rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, and additional fans or mobile units are available upon request. We understand the importance of a comfortable room temperature and apologize for any discomfort you experienced. Finally, we are thrilled that you found the overall atmosphere of your room to your liking. We understand the importance of efficient and reliable transportation within our hotel, and we are actively working on the complete renovation of all our elevators, which we anticipate to be finished by the end of Q1 2025. We appreciate your suggestion for an electric car charging station. We recognize the growing need for such amenities as part of our commitment to sustainability and guest convenience, and we are exploring options to incorporate this feature. We take the security of our guests very seriously. It is concerning to hear about your experience, and we will contact you regarding this incident directly via e-mail. Regarding the oversight with the bar promotion, we sincerely apologize for any confusion or disappointment this has caused. We will address this with our team to ensure that our promotions are honored consistently. It is also disappointing to learn about the issue with the complimentary water bottle in your room. This is certainly not reflective of the high standards we strive to uphold, and we will investigate this matter to prevent future occurrences. We understand your preference for a single large duvet.
