Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We noticed your concerns regarding the absence of a lift at the property, and we understand that carrying luggage up the stairs can be inconvenient. Our hotel is designed to be compact and efficient, which unfortunately means we do not have an elevator. Nonetheless, we are always eager to assist our guests with their luggage whenever needed. Moreover, we regret to hear about the traffic noise. Our rooms are fitted with triple-glazed windows to minimize any external sound, and we also offer earplugs to ensure a more restful sleep. Please do not hesitate to request a room on a higher floor during your next visit, as these tend to be quieter. Finally, your comment about the TV remote has been noted. Although this does not reflect the standard of quality we aim to provide, rest assured that we will review this matter to prevent any future inconvenience.
