First I would like to thank Jimmy for his wonderful service at the front desk when I checked in. Even now that I’m back in Singapore, his immaculate service still stays with me. For the price I paid to stay for 10 nights is really value for money. I’ve stayed in 2-3 Ibis, I think by far this is the best of the best!! - The hotel arranged for me to stay on the 15th floor (last floor of the hotel) which the rooftop garden and pantry are located. I was able to fill up my empty bottles of water if I needed to, or even to heat up food using the microwave. (Take note, it closes at 10pm and opens at 6am or 7am everyday) - The air condition system works very well, even though it’s winter/spring. You can always adjust accordingly. - The room is basic and small, but it’s what you needed for a comfortable stay. Really cosy I have say. - Coffee was great! However, it’s strange no tea was provided. - The beer, sparking grapefruit drink and nuts was a great touch to the stay. ❤️ - The toilet is heated too with automatic toilet flush. - The location was great, with restaurants and convenience stores everywhere. - Humidifier was prepared in my room upon request too. There are a few points the hotel have to take note of: - I suggest providing disposable slippers. It seems like the slippers are shared among the guests staying in the rooms. Which is extremely unhygienic. - Please provide tea as well, instead of coffee. Thank you again for having me Ibis Gangnam! Thank you again Jimmy! Hope to see you when I’m back in Seoul ☺️

Lovely hotel and staff. The cleaning staff were so friendly and accommodating ! We wish we had a bigger bin, as a family having a tiny bin was most unhelpful we had to go take the bins out ourselves twice a day. We asked for a cot bed and we were given a bed stopper instead originally, which we used and our baby pushed against it slightly and he fell off the bed which was upsetting, it doesn’t really work. We got unwell during our trip and so wanted to order takeaway to the hotel, which the reception staff said we could do but we could not order any as a tourist, more information on this from the reception staff would have been very helpful as we spent hours trying to. Thank you.
