Traveled to Brasilia from march 19-21 to watch the Brazil vs Colombia, breakfast is pretty mediocre and just not worth it, better go to McDonald or the shopping for breakfast or a late lunch, anyways i checked and asked if everything was ok and if there were no extra charges, the hotel staff told me no charges. To my surprise i noticed a small 17 real charge or 3 usd fee for what i have no idea, the only thing could be was I asked for a spoon and fork to be delivered to my room. Was there a hidden charge for this? Ridiculous if a supposed 4 star hotel charges for this. Viajei para Brasília de 19 a 21 de março para assistir ao jogo Brasil x Colômbia, o café da manhã é bem medíocre e não vale a pena, é melhor ir ao McDonald's ou às compras para tomar café da manhã ou almoçar mais tarde, de qualquer forma, verifiquei e perguntei se estava tudo bem e se não havia custos extras, a equipe do hotel me disse que não havia custos. Para minha surpresa, notei uma pequena taxa de 17 reais ou 3 dólares por algo que não tenho ideia, a única coisa que pode ter sido foi que pedi para entregar uma colher e um garfo no meu quarto. Havia uma taxa oculta para isso? Ridículo se um suposto hotel 4 estrelas cobra por isso.

Excellent reception from the team at the hotel, but the hotel itself is old and needs urgent renovation to be at the level of Mercure´s name. The photos in the Google maps should be for the Gran Mercure, not for Mercure hotel and after see these good pictures I chose this hotel. A disappointment.
