We are delighted that you enjoyed the panoramic harbour views from our rooms on the twenty-second floor and found our central location to be convenient for your family trip. It is pleasing to hear that the broad selection available at our breakfast buffet met your expectations. However, we regret to hear that your experience in the breakfast room fell short due to the crowded conditions and the challenge of securing a table for your family. We understand how important a relaxed breakfast is to start the day and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Furthermore, your suggestion for a second drinks station is valuable and we will take this into consideration as we strive to improve our guest experience.
