Ibis budget Brisbane airport is a bad place to stay reception smells like old eggs the kitchen near reception is not clean and has mixed match chairs and table the reception staff are rude and arrogant they don't change your rooms or beds or linen tvs are old Phillips small TVs the window is small no bedside lamps the room floors are dirty no blankets for beds just old duvets they cancel people's bookings then say it was there mistake at least the manager in Watson Matt has motel management skills and is polite to all his customers and helpful these managers here at the ibis budget Brisbane airport have no respect for there customers and the motel needs to be closed for major renovations

The room features were very limited: no bedside lighting, only one big fluro light in the whole room (plus one bathroom light), no wardrobe or drawers, just a hook & small shelf on the wall, only one pillow each, no soap in bathroom sink. But the bed was clean and comfortable, the TV and air-con worked, bathroom was basic but clean. So if all you want to do is sleep and shower (which I assume most customers do) before heading to the airport then it is adequate. But I would have preferred a few more features to make the stay more enjoyable - like better lighting, extra pillows & more storage.
