The low score represents the false allegation that a family member had taken a drink from the fridge without payment. In fact another guest had left a finished drink can which was used as a cup to hold water to wash when using the toilet. It is unfortunate that those who don't wash themselves after reliving themselves will understand cleanliness. What is the purpose of washing your hands after reliving yourself , if you can't was those parts?
