Dear Steve K., We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the ibis budget Glasgow. We offer tea and coffee at reception 24/7 for £2 per cup - this is the same for all Ibis Budget properties in the UK. We do not offer welcome drinks as we are the budget brand, you may receive this at an Ibis red dependant on the hotel and membership status. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We do not have a back door entrance so I am unsure what you mean by this - we have a lift from the car park and a lift from the ground floor entrance. We are always well priced against out competitors, £74 is on the lower end so I would not imagine there were many cheaper options within the Glasgow area. We have imaged detailing the bathroom and facilities online for viewing prior to booking with us.
