The hotel interior is very smart and we were welcomed by a very polite, knowledgeable and helpful receptionist. The interior is very grand especially with high ceilings and dark wood. Unfortunately, when we opened the door to our room we were hit by a wall of heat. We tried to control the temperature with the air conditioning but without success. There was also dust on the table in-front of the TV. We did point out the heating situation to the desk and although it was less intense, later in the day, it was still a bit too hot for us. Breakfast was good but not amazing. Overall we had a good time in Prague, found the hotel well located and it’s amenities good.
