Szanowna Pani, Dziękujemy za wybór hotelu Mercure Gdynia Centrum. Jest nam niezmiernie przykro, że nie mogliśmy spełnić Pani oczekiwań względem pobytu, co w konsekwencji wpłynęło tak znacząco na Pani satysfakcję. Pragniemy zaznaczyć, że sytuacja wyglądała zgoła inaczej, co wyjaśniliśmy podczas kilku rozmów z Panią. W żadnym momencie nasza obsługa nie wykazała się brakiem empatii czy rozwiązania - przez cały czas pozostawali do dyspozycji i odpowiadali na wszelkie pytania. Nie możemy zatem przychylić się do stwierdzenia, że nasz zespół wymaga przeszkolenia względem właściwej komunikacji. Zdecydowanie nie zgadzamy się, że z powodu wieku nie został okazany szacunek - jest to dalekie od naszych standardów i podobnie jak powyższa kwestia, było to omówione i wykazane. Zgodnie z naszą obietnicą wzmocnimy przekaz dotyczący obsługi biletów parkingowych tak, by w przypadku precedensu móc właściwie zakomunikować to Gościom. Bardzo dziękujemy za docenienie naszych śniadań oraz basenu. Przepraszamy za wszelkie niedogodności i pozostajemy do dyspozycji.
