Perfect location for me having only 5 minutes walk to my companies office. Nice hotel in overall. Next time I will try to make space in my schedule for a visit to the gym and the pool as well.

As always, my stay at Novotel Krakow City West is very pleasant - everything is professional, with very friendly staff and a good breakfast. It's also close to the airport (a bit further away from the city centre/Rynek but easily accessible via taxi/Uber).

Hotel was very clean, reception staff were helpful and friendly. Just a shame that the lady running the bar was a little rude. Also the restaurant manager, was not too friendly ( well only to certain guests) .
