Dear Ms. Imi, thank you for another stay and fair review. We are very glad that you enjoy our staff and their devotion to make our Guest feel welcomed. It encourages us to personalize hotel service even more. We are sorry for the poor quality of towels - we hope we had an opportunity to replace them and deliver new ones. When it comes to shampoo and washing gel, we are sorry to hear that they are not to your liking. You can find them in Mercure Hotels around the world as we assure you that they are offered to our Guest fully according to Mercure Brand Standards. During your next visit we can offer to place in your room additionally conditioner and body lotion if this you mean by referring European Hotel Standards as we cannot change the cosmetic line itself.
