We are also glad to know that overall you enjoyed your stay and would recommend our hotel, especially for business trips. We are truly sorry to learn that you were disturbed by noise during the day and that the cleaning service did not meet your expectations. Please allow us to clarify that, as part of our sustainability policy, towels are changed daily only if they are left on the floor. A towel hanging on the rack or hook signals to our housekeeping staff that the guest wishes to reuse it. We are sorry if this procedure was not clearly communicated during your stay.
