Location is good, breakfast was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. I got to know that other people had better rooms at same price (i.e. no refrigerator nor bar in my room). My room was divided with door with other room and I heard phone alarms, talking etc. Using stairs instead of elevators is not intuitive in this hotel. I got lost using additional elevators near the room 21, as I was told that I can go to C level using these, while it was not possible. Too less parking spots - having vehicle 10 minute walk from hotel is not great if I need to ho twice to take all my stuff.

Beautiful hotel, great place for business and private stay. Very nice, friendly staff always ready to help. The best hotel place in Poznań. I recommend delicious dishes in the WS restaurant. Close to the old town and the train station. Well-appointed rooms.
