We really enjoyed our stay, but just wanted to mention a few little things that could make the experience even better. When we arrived, we had requested a baby cot, but the staff at check-in weren’t sure if it had been set up. They asked us to check the room and call reception if it wasn’t there — which it wasn’t — so we had to call and ask for it. Not a big issue at all, but it felt just a tiny bit disorganized. Also, the in-room coffee/tea station wasn’t tidied up each morning. No new coffee capsules were provided, and the used cups were left as they were. It seemed like that part was simply overlooked during housekeeping. Lastly, the bathrooms near the kids’ play area didn’t smell the best, which made that space a little less pleasant than it could be. Overall, nothing that ruined the experience — we had a lovely time! Just a few small things that, if improved, would make the stay even nicer.

We had 3 nights at krakow centrum Novotel and it was perfect. The room was spacious, clean and we loved the extra touches of bath robes, slippers and complimentary soft and hot drinks. The water filter machine was also a nice touch. The location was perfect only 10-15 minutes walk to the old town and castle. The cleanliness at the hotel is to the highest standard, the whole hotel smelt beautiful. The staff were knowledgeable on hotel amenities and the local area and were so polite and friendly. We loved the spa and made great use of it, luckily it was quiet during our stay so felt as though we had a private pool. Thank you for having us.
