Dear Raj, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Novotel Suites Paris CDG Airport Villepinte. We are sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the air conditioning, we understand your discomfort and have shared your feedback with our technical team to assess possible improvements. After verification regarding your taxi booking yesterday, we would like to clarify that the fare for a berline car is €25, but when you have a lot of luggage, as seemed to be the case for you, we recommend a van, which costs around €35. We apologize for the lack of information and will ensure better communication in the future to avoid any misunderstandings.
