Szanowny Panie Witoldzie, Dziękuję za podzielenie się ze mną swoją opinią. Przykro mi, że Pana pobyt nie był w pełni komfortowy i że doświadczył Pan zakłóceń spokoju w nocy. Zadowolenie i komfort naszych Gości są dla nas absolutnym priorytetem, dlatego sytuacja, którą Pan opisuje, jest dla mnie nie do zaakceptowania. Zachowanie naszej recepcjonistki podczas Pana wymeldowania jest również niezgodne z naszymi standardami. Każdy Gość, niezależnie od celu wizyty, powinien czuć się u nas mile widziany i otoczony należytą troską. Bardzo przepraszam za tę sytuację i zapewniam, że podejmę wewnętrzne działania, aby uniknąć podobnych przypadków w przyszłości.
