Hi Christopher Thank you for giving this feedback how you have experienced your stay with us. I\'m very sorry to read this review as we have experienced this a bit different. After check-in you went upstairs and saw that it was an accessible room. These rooms have a bigger bathroom and a bit more space between bed and tv (our twin room has 2 separate beds) You came downstairs to complain this wasn\'t the room type you had booked. We immediately suggest you could switch room and this was denied by you. From a service point of view this is the best we could do but you denied this service. I\'m very sorry but if you didn\'t want to switch rooms there is nothing we could have done. Thank you! Sarah Deputy Manager Novotel Ypres
