We rented an apartment in Dinant that turned out to be a disaster—rude owner, no towels or bedsheets. In the evening of April 15th, we went to this hotel and spoke with the young, kind receptionist with glasses. He was incredibly helpful and gave us some towels (which we returned the next day). We had breakfast at the hotel the next morning—it was delicious—and they even let us store our luggage for free. We truly regretted not booking this hotel instead. 10/10 would recommend. The receptionist deserves a raise—he was absolutely lovely.

Great staff who were very helpful & welcoming. Location is on the river, we had a room with river view which was great. We had an issue with the lights not working in our room, this was rectified immediately. Ample parking outside chargeable from 10.00- 17.00 @ .75 per hour.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night, first of all Dinant is a beautiful little city so it is well worth visiting. The hotel itself was really good value our room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the River Meuse. The bar with terrace overlooking the balcony was also excellent and all of the staff were friendly and helpful.
