Umamyy Business - TripAdvisor review

The rooms are large and clean, and the breakfast is really nice. However, I had a somewhat rude encounter with a staff member upon check-out, and despite voicing my concerns in a private feedback, the hotel hasn't responded to me. Okay, it's not that big a deal, but what bothers me more now is the radio silence after two messages via two different platforms (direct email & official feedback form on accor.com). An apology would've been enough, but the lack of communication takes away from the experience, and therefore my rating.

Really pleased we chose to stay here. Good location for exploring, near u bahn. Quiet street. Spacious room with little balcony and comfy bed. Nice toileteries. Enjoyed breakfast spread...fun mini pancake machine. All staff really good, an asset to Mercure. It makes a real difference to a happy stay.

Liked our spacious room overlooking courtyard. Comfy bed, great shower and toiletries. Excellent breakfast spread….little pancake machine was a first! Very smiley staff from reception to bar and breakfast room. Well situated for u Bahn and pretty quiet at night.

Amazing hotel right on Checkpoint Charlie. All the staff from front desk to the great barmaid we had. Very clean, heated bathroom floor and very quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent too. We will be back to see you all again. Lots of restaurants near by. Mark Tudor
